4 T. Butter
3 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond
5-6 cups confectioners sugar
Beat butter and cream cheese together until blended. Add vanilla, almond and 1 cup of sugar. Beat on low until sugar is incorporated, then beat on medium for a minute. On low, slowly incorporate sugar until of spreading consistency. Once you like the consistency, beat on high until fluffy.
Recipe makes about 2 cups of frosting, enough to frost 2 layer cake. This was the frosting used on D & G white wedding cake with raspberries in middle. To replicate that recipe, make double the frosting.
