1. pounds sugar
oz salt (a teaspoon)
1 pounds butter

3 oz egg white
1 pounds cake flour
1 pounds regular angel coconut

. cup confectioner's sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

1) Cream the sugar, salt, and butter. Mix in other ingredients.

2) Measure 1 pound pieces. Shape them into long rolls similar to biscotti. Roll them in confectioner's sugar so they don't stick to the pan. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

3) Pat down (flatten the tops of the rolls) just a little before you bake them. Bake at 350.F.

4) Frost with lemon frosting.
