1 stick butter
6 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped
3/4 c. Granulated sugar
3/4 c. Light brown sugar
3 large eggs
1/4 c. Cocoa
1/2 tsp salt (add only if you use unsalted butter)
3/4 c. Flour
1 tsp. vanilla if you want

Cooking Instructions

Bake at 350 degrees in greased and lined 8" square pan.

Preheat oven. Melt chocolate and butter. Stir in both sugars. Stir in eggs one at a time. Whisk in cocoa and flour (and salt.)

Pour into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until tester comes out with wet crumbs clinging.

If you can wait, let cool and then lift out of pan using liner and cut up.
