3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
1 Package Yeast
Teaspoon Salt
Cup Sour Cream
13 Cup Water
Cup Butter
2 Eggs
Poppy Seeds
Sesame Seeds

Cooking Instructions

1) In large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, granulated sugar, undissolved yeast and salt. Heat sour cream, water and butter until very warm (120F-130F); stir into dry ingredients, Mix in >>1<< egg and enough remaining flour to make soft dough. Knead on floured surface until smooth, about 4 minutes. Let rise in greased bowl until doubled in size. Punch down and divide dough into 12 equal pieces; roll into smooth balls. Place on greased baking sheet; cover and let rise. With scissors make 6 snips, -inch deep around outside edge of each roll. Beat remaining egg; brush on rolls. Sprinkle with seeds.

Bake at 400F for 12 to 15 minutes or until done. Remove from sheet; cool on wire rack.
