Ingredients

3- 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. Sugar
1/2-1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 9-10" graham or GF crust, baked and cooled
1/2 c. Pumpkin purée
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla. Beat until smooth. Blend in eggs one at a time. Remove 1.5 cups of batter and spread onto crust. Add pumpkin and spices and stir gently until blended. Carefully spread over the batter already in the crust.

Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until center is almost set. Allow to cool, then refrigerate.
Serving suggestion: whipped cream. (doesn't need the whipped cream.)
