1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. Minced onion
1 T. Coconut flour
5 T. Chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne

Tahini Sauce:
1/3 c. Sour cream or yogurt
2 T. Tahini
1 T. Lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

Combine all Kofta ingredients.. Mix together gently. Let sit 5 minutes while the coconut flour is absorbed. Form into patties using approximately 1/3c. for each. Alternately, you can form football shapes-the traditional shape of a kofta using 1/3c. Of the meat mixture. Oil the grill. Grill the patties until no longer pink or 165 degrees about 4 minutes per side with grill set to medium high - about 400.

Tahini Sauce: combine ingredients and serve alongside the kofta.
