2 egg whites
cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
cup chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

These are so crispy and dry! Love them.

1) Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Add sugar slowly until stiff peaks form.

2) Reduce the mixer speed to low and add vanilla. Fold in chocolate chips.

3) Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet covered with parchment. (Use small scoop.) Place pan in oven preheated to 350°F. Immediately turn off the oven. Leave the pan in the oven overnight. Makes approximately 2 dozen.
