3 c. Blanched almond flour (or 2 c. Almond flour and 1 c. Hazelnut flour)
1/4 c. Honey (or simple syrup, or maple...)
3 eggs
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
3 ripe bananas
3/4-2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8-1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
Mini chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

3 small loaf pans, greased (better word?).
Mix all dry in a large bowl, except for chips.
Mix all wet in a second bowl.
Add wet to dry, and mix well. Add chips, and immediately put into prepared pans, and into oven.
Toothpick test. About 40 minutes. Avoid dark colored or glass pans--excessive browning.
(Will rise a tiny bit when baking, but will not change much, volume wise....I am going to increase the baking soda next time I make it, and will let you know if that is a good thing, or not!)
