Cooking Instructions

1) Preheat convection oven to 350°F. Put nuts in pan in a single layer. Toast for 5 minutes.

2) Stir nuts and level again into a single layer. Toast another 5-minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on the pan.

NOTE: the nuts start to smell great but may not look or crunch like they're done. However they continue to toast in the pan. Be cautious as they'll finish quickly.
