IN THE TEST KITCHEN: Sweet Chili-Lime Cilantro Butter: Submitted by: Robert Losee | Date Added: 5 Feb 2012

½ cup butter
½ fresh lime, juiced
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp BBQ seasoning (like Ozark Smoked Meat Comp BBQ Rub)
2½ Tbs sweet chili sauce
1 Tbs cilantro

Cooking Instructions

1) Melt butter in small saucepan.

2) Add lime juice, sugar, seasoning, chili sauce, and cilantro.

3) Serve with tilapia, poached cod, grilled salmon, or other favorite seafood.
