Ingredients

CRUST
1 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoons sugar
teaspoon salt
1/3 cup cooking oil
2 Tbs milk

FILLING
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
2 Tbs butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp vanilla
tsp salt

cup flaked coconut
cup rolled oats
cup semisweet chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

Makes 8 servings.

This is tasty!


CRUST
1) For the crust , in a 9-inch pie plate, combine the flour, 1 tsp sugar, and tsp salt. In a small bowl, combine the oil and milk. Pour over dry ingredients in a pie plate, stirring till all are moistened. Using your fingers, press pastry evenly over the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate. Set aside.

FILLING
1) For filling, in a medium bowl, beat the eggs lightly till combined.

2) Add the 1 cup sugar, syrup, butter, vanilla and salt. Beat till just combined.

3) Stir in the coconut, rolled oats and chocolate chips. Pour into crust.

4) Bake in a 350F oven for 50 to 55 minutes or till center appears almost set when you shake it. Cool on a wire rack. Store in a refrigerator.
