3 cups rolled oats
1 cup slivered almonds
cup walnuts
cup shredded, unsweetened coconut

cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons molasses
cup olive oil

teaspoon salt
1 cup dried cranberries
cup pumpkin seeds

Cooking Instructions

1) Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

2) In a large bowl, combine the oats, nuts and coconut.

3) In a separate bowl, combine maple syrup, molasses, oil and salt. Combine both mixtures and pour onto 2 sheet pans. Cook for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes.

4) Remove from oven and transfer into a large bowl. Add dried cranberries and pumpkin seeds and mix until evenly distributed.
