Ingredients

CAKE
3 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream

FILLING
6 ounces (1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
cup brown sugar, firmly packed
2 Tablespoons Taster's Choice

COFFEE GLAZE
2 teaspoons Taster's Choice
3 Tablespoons boiling water
1 cup powdered sugar

Cooking Instructions

1) Preheat oven to 350F.

2) Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.

3) In bowl combine margarine and sugar, beating until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Then add flour mixture alternately with sour cream.

4) Mix filling ingredients. Spoon 1/3 of cake batter into greased 10-inch bundt pan; Sprinkle with &fracc12; filling mixture. Cover with another 1/3 of the batter, then sprinkle with remaining filling. Cover with rest of batter.

5) Bake 1:10. Cool 15 minutes; turn out onto cake rack. Cool completely at room temperature.

6) Dissolve Taster's Choice in boiling water. Add powdered sugar until smooth. Drizzle cake with coffee glaze.
