4 artichokes
2 tablespoons parsley
4-5 cloves 4-5 cloves garlic sliced
4 tablespoons olive oil
6 tablespoons white wine
2 cups beef bouillon
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

1) Tuck garlic into leaves of artichoke. Add the bouillon, salt, pepper, and parsley. Simmer for 20-30 minutes. Add wine and simmer until tender (45-60 minutes).

2) Serve hot or cold with mayonnaise or a lemon/butter dip.

NOTE: The left over broth is absolutely fantastic for a variety of things. Don't throw it away. Use it as a soup stock. Last week I used it to bake fish in and your friend Dygas lost his mind he thought it was so good. Last night, I baked some chicken breasts in it...Dygas's response was very positive.
