2 packages yeast
1 cup grounng wheat
2 cups flour
cup butter
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
3 eggs

Cooking Instructions

1) Clara would grind whole wheat with a blender (a food processor would work too). Add yeast and flour with the wheat.

2) Bring to a boil and cool the butter, milk, salt, and sugar.

3) Beat the eggs and add to the cooled milk.

4) Add milk to flour and kneed. Let raise three times kneading between times. The last time should be in oiled bread pans.
