4 apples cored
½ cup sugar
2 Tablespoons flour
1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
¼ cup butter melted
13 cup walnuts chopped
4 Tablespoons water

Cooking Instructions

1) Core apples and peel (optional). Combine sugar, flour, and cinnamon, mix well.

2) Roll apples in melted butter then in sugar mixture. Put on post of apple baker. Bake 350°F 35 to 40 minutes.

NOTE: The flour in this recipe turns the juice into a caramel. We use Rome Beauty apples but most will do.

Also substitute maple sugar for sugar.

Also cover with pie crust.
