1 cup milk
Tablespoon dry mustard
7 large eggs
1 pounds hash browns, frozen
1 pounds shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups ham cubes or sausage

Cooking Instructions

1) Grease 9x13" pan. Add hash browns in the bottom of the pan. Layer with cheese over them. Layer with ham or sausage on top.

2) Now pour mixture of milk, eggs, and mustard over all.

3) Bake at 350F for 1:00.

NOTE: If you prefer, you can freeze the casserole ahead of time...MINUS THE MILK AND EGG MIXTURE...add this just before baking.
