4 pounds brisket
BBQ Dry Rub
12 ounces beer

Cooking Instructions

1) Line baking pan with heavy duty aluminum foil.

2) Rub brisket with rub. Let sit and come to room temperature. Pour beer in, and seal aluminum foil.

3) Bake at 275F for 5-6 hours.
