Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
8 ounces mushrooms sliced
2 pounds brisket

Cooking Instructions

1) Set meat, fat side up, in a pan on top of aluminum foil. Pour soup mix over the meat as evenly as you can.
Put mushrooms on top. Wrap with foil, sealing tightly to keep steam inside the packet.

2) Bake 200F for 6-8 hours.
