Ingredients

¾ cup sugar
23 cup light brown sugar packed
¼ cup corn syrup, light
23 cup water
6 tablespoons butter

Cooking Instructions

1) Cook all ingredients on medium heat in large heavy saucepan until dissolved. Continue cooking, without stirring to 270°F. Remove from heat.

2) Working quickly drop by ½ teaspoons onto buttered cookie sheets, to form small mounds. When set, wrap in wax paper to keep them from sticking. Seal in a container.
