4 cups water
¼ cup onion chopped
2 cans chicken broth
16 ounces cream cheese
4 cubes chicken bouillon
¼ cup ham diced
3 stalks celery diced
32 ounces hashed brown potatoes shredded
3 carrots shredded

Cooking Instructions

1) In a large soup kettle, combine water, broth, bouillon, celery, carrots and onion. Cook until celery and carrots are tender.

2) Add cream cheese, stir until melted.

3) Stir in diced ham and hash brown (Lisa uses O'Dell's shredded potatoes).

4) Simmer until potatoes are tender.

NOTE: Great soup to put in crock pot and simmer all day.
