6 egg whites
teaspoon cream of tartar
teaspoon salt
1 cups sugar
6 ounces cream cheese softened
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups whipping cream whipped
2 cups marshmallows

Cherry Berrie Topping
21 ounces cherry pie filling
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cups fresh strawberries sliced

Cooking Instructions

1) Heat oven to 275F. Grease an oblong pan, 13"x9"x2". Beat egg whites, cream of tartar, and salt until frothy. Gradually beat in 1 C sugar. Beat until very stiff and glassy, about 15 minutes.

2) Spread in prepared pan. Bake 60 minutes. Turn off oven and leave meringue in until cool, about 12 hours or overnight.

3) Mix cream cheese with 1 cup sugar and vanilla. Gently fold in whipped cream and marshmallows. Spread over meringue; refrigerate 12 hours or overnight.

4) Cut into serving pieces and top with Cherry Berrie Topping.

NOTE: Can substitute 1 pound frozen strawberries, thawed.
