6 ounces unsweetened chocolate
2 eggs, well beaten
1-12 oz. can evaporated milk
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla

Cooking Instructions

1) Melt chocolate over VERY gentle heat setting, stirring constantly.

2) Add the egg, milk, and sugar to the melted chocolate.

3) Cook over low heat for about 20 minutes until it thickens and bubbles gently. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes. Stir in vanilla.

4) Cool slightly before using. If tightly covered and placed in the refrigerator, it will keep for a long time.

NOTE: Had at wedding party.
