1 tablespoon yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
cup water
1 cup cottage cheese luke warm
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon onion flakes
1 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons dill seed
1 teaspoon salt
teaspoon soda
1 egg
2-2 cups 2-2 cups flour

Cooking Instructions

1) Proof yeast by mixing yeast, sugar, and water.

2) Combine with rest of ingredients. Knead real well and place in bowl, let rise till double, knead again and place in buttered bread pan. Let rise again.

3) Bake 375F for 30 minutes.

NOTE: Buttering the top before baking makes a browner bread.
