2 cups Bisquick® baking mix
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup butter or margarine softened
8 ounces cream cheese softened
¾ cup marshmallow cream
3 cups assorted fruit (blueberries, raspberries, or sliced kiwifruit, nectarines or strawberries)
¼ cup apricot preserves
1 tablespoon water

Cooking Instructions

1) Heat oven to 375°F. Mix baking mix and ¼ cup sugar. Cut butter until crumbly. Press firmly and evenly on bottom and up side of ungreased 12-inch pizza pan or fluted quiche pan. Bake until light brown, 12 to 15 minutes; cool.

2) Mix cream cheese and marshmallow cream until smooth; spread on crust. Arrange fruit on cream cheese mixture.

3) Heat preserves and water over low heat, stirring occasionally, until preserves are melted; cool slightly. Spoon over fruit. Store covered in refrigerator.
