21 ½ ounces Pillsbury Fudge Brownie Mix
½ cup water
½ cup oil
1 egg
4 cups powdered sugar
3 ounces cream cheese softened
¼ cup butter or margarine softened
3-4 tablespoons 3-4 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon peppermint extract
4-6 drops 4-6 drops green food coloring
1 ounce unsweetened chocolate
1 tablespoon butter or margarine

Cooking Instructions

1) Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom only of 13x9-inch pan. Prepare and bake brownie mix according to package directions. Cool completely.

2) In large bowl, combine all filling ingredients; beat at medium speed until smooth. Spread over cooled brownies.

3) In small saucepan, melt chocolate and 1 tablespoon margarine over low heat, stirring occasionally; drizzle over filling. Refrigerate before cutting. Store in refrigerator.

NOTE: High Altitude: Above 3,500 feet add ¼ cup flour to dry brownie mix.
