cup beef drippings or butter
cup all-purpose flour
2 cups beef broth
2 cups half and half
cup prepared white horseradish

Cooking Instructions

1) In 1-quart saucepan, heat drippings and stir in flour. Stir over low heat for 10 minutes. Gradually add beef broth and Half-and-half. Stir over medium heat until sauce bubbles and thickens. Stir in horseradish and salt and pepper to taste.
