8 ounces pasta

1 pound hamburger
28 ounces pasta sauce
1 teaspoon oregano
teaspoon basil
salt and pepper to taste

15 ounces ricotta cheese
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon dried parsley

8 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded
cup parmesan cheese grated

Cooking Instructions

1) Brown hamburger until crumbly. Grease 9x13 pan. Preheat oven to 350F.

2) Mix pasta sauce into meat. Add oregano, basil, salt and pepper to taste. Take off heat and set aside.

3) Cook pasta less than normal (9 minutes). Mix ricotta with eggs and parsley. Drain pasta thoroughly. Put in pan. Pour pasta sauce and meat over this and mix together.

4) Put spoonfuls of ricotta mixture on the mix in the pan. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake 20-30 minutes until bubbly.
