Listed in: Appetizers

1 clove garlic minced fine
bread crumbs
2 Tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

1) Get a bunch of mushrooms. Chop the trimmed off stems until they are diced, not minced. Sauté the diced stems with the garlic in a little butter or oil until soft.

2) Let cool. Mix in an equal amount of bread crumbs, a couple tablespoons of grated parmesan. Add salt and pepper to taste. Roll the mushroom caps in oil. Fill the caps with the sautéed mixture.

3) Bake at 325°F until tender.

NOTE: Add prosciutto, sausage, bacon, or other savory meatiness.

"They're like crack." says Andrea.
