cup butter
1 pint fresh oysters, whole
2 cups milk
cup half and half
1 teaspoon salt
teaspoon celery salt
pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

1) Melt butter in saucepan. Add the oysters and their liquor and heat over low heat until edges curl. Pour in the milk and half and half, then add the spices.
