Ingredients

ROUX
2 Tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
2 Tablespoons butter

1 can tuna drained
pepper

Cooking Instructions

1) Stir butter and flour in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Then slowly at milk.

2) Stir in a bit of the tuna juice to taste with pepper.

3) Put on toast. Or toast bread, break it up, and place on the mix.


NOTE: Could try with tomato slices or broiled with cheese on it.
