Bourbon Baked Beans: Submitted by: Sherry Wiese | Date Added: 13 Sep 2011 Ingredients:

64 ounces brick oven baked beans drained
½ cup chili sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
½ cup strong coffee
½ cup bourbon
½ cup dark molasses
8 ounces pineapple chunks in juice drained
¼ cup packed brown sugar

Cooking Instructions:

1) Combine all ingredients except pineapple and brown sugar in a 3-quart casserole. Refrigerate, covered, for several hours Bake, covered in a 375°F oven for 40 minutes.

2) Stir in pineapple chunks and brown sugar; bake, uncovered for 40 minutes longer.

3) Let stand for 15 minutes before serving. Serve with slotted spoon.
