Port Soaked Dried Cherries: Submitted by: | Date Added: 13 Sep 2011 Ingredients:

cup cherries, very coarsely chopped (or whole dried cranberries)
13 cup tawny port

Cooking Instructions:

1) In a small saucepan, bring the cherries and port to boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 2 minutes. Take the pan off the heat and let cool to room temperature.
